Phase I
Decide what it is you need done. Look at the going rates in order to get an idea of what many designers are charging. Determine what you can really afford. Don’t forget to pray over it. We encourage you to receive several price quotes. Fill out the form and submit it. No reasonable offer will be turned down. (For the scripture says "Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading on the grain," and "The worker deserves his wages." 1 Tim 5:18). I will respond to the offer. Church affiliation and references are primarily used to prevent abuse of the services that I am offering. I also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Phase II
Intake stage
I will ask you to fill out a form with several questions on it. This stage of development is extremely important before beginning the design process. In this stage I get to know you and what you are trying to accomplish, who your target market is, and how can we get there? Let's face it: There are plenty of great designers out there, and there certainly isn't a shortage of technology experts. But what is rare is the designer that takes the vision of the customer and incorporates them into the design.
We work thoughtfully, with every aspect of our design solutions carefully considered. We don't make design choices randomly, undermine usability by pushing the "coolest" technology, or drive people away with "cute" projects that don't make any sense. Just because something is cool doesn’t mean that it’ll work in your project.

Phase III
The Design process
Information gathered from the intake phase is translated into the design. We pray over the information and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance in the following processes. We carefully examine the competition, target markets and trends in you industry or ministry, noting any approaches that may have been successful in the past. We then create a distinctly unique design solution that meets or exceeds all requirements.
Because we believe that effective design should communicate clearly (and not simply exist for its own sake), we work carefully to ensure that our solutions are not only polished and on-target, but intuitively comfortable from a usability standpoint. After all, what's the point of a design that people can't use — regardless of how beautiful it might be.

After the first round of design is presented to the client for review, subsequent rounds are used to refine the selected design solution until we have zeroed in on an optimal design. The advantage to this approach is that the end result is precisely on-target.

Phase IV
Completion phase
In this phase, once the project has been approved you will mail me a check for the agreed upon amount while I finish the last minute touch ups and prepare the project to be delivered to the final recipient. When payment is received, Final digital files are delivered to the appropriate recipient (web host, media house, printer, etc.) In the case of a website, the final build is transferred to a private directory on the host server for final testing. Once the site is re-verified, the client has full control over when to launch the site and make it live on the Internet.
